How do I add Pantry Persona to ChatGPT?

Install the Pantry Persona plugin from chatgpt.com/plugins, sign in once, then ask in a new chat. It takes about a minute.

Install the official plugin from ChatGPT's plugin directory, then sign in with the Google or email account you use on pantrypersona.com.

    • Open the listing with the button above
    • Click "Install plugin"
    • Or find it manually: open chatgpt.com/plugins and search "Pantry Persona"

    Searching just "pantry" works too. Look for the listing described as "Meal Plans, Recipes, Inventory."

  2. Sign In and Authorize

    Connect your Pantry Persona account.

    • In the "Add Pantry Persona to ChatGPT" window, click "Sign in with Pantry Persona"
    • Sign in with Google or email (same as your Pantry Persona account)
    • You'll see what Pantry Persona can access. Click "Allow Access" to confirm
    • The window closes and you're back in ChatGPT. All set!

    Your password is never shared with ChatGPT, and you can revoke access anytime from your Pantry Persona account settings.

Prefer a custom MCP link?

Paste this into ChatGPT under Settings › Connectors › Create (Developer mode must be on), then sign in the same way.

Something not working?

  • Plugin not showing. Search “Pantry Persona” at chatgpt.com/plugins and select Install plugin if it isn't installed yet.
  • ChatGPT doesn't use it. Start a new chat after installing, then type @Pantry Persona.
  • Sign-in keeps looping. Close the sign-in window, select Install plugin again and use the account you use on pantrypersona.com.
  • Pantry looks empty. Ask “What's in my pantry?” in a new chat. If it's still empty, check that you signed in with your pantrypersona.com account, or tell ChatGPT what you have.
