Pantry Persona is a kitchen management application that helps you track ingredients, manage recipes, plan meals, and create shopping lists. The Service integrates with ChatGPT to provide conversational access to these features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pantry Persona. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account immediately.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

5. Subscription and Billing

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in the Service, including recipes, pantry items, meal plans, and household profiles. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Pantry Persona, including its name, logo, design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without permission.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Service, we may use it without obligation to compensate you.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Stripe for payment processing. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.

9. ChatGPT Integration

Pantry Persona is designed to work with ChatGPT through OpenAI's platform.

Authorization

You connect your Pantry Persona account to ChatGPT via a secure OAuth 2.1 authorization flow
During authorization, you choose which permissions (scopes) to grant, such as viewing your pantry or managing recipes
You may revoke ChatGPT's access at any time from your account settings

Data Sharing

Only data within your authorized scopes is accessible to ChatGPT
Conversations with ChatGPT are processed by OpenAI according to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
We do not store your conversation history with ChatGPT

OpenAI's Terms

Your use of ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for OpenAI's handling of your conversations or data.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Recipe suggestions and nutritional information are for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or dietary advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pantry Persona and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you create or upload to the Service

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Your Right to Cancel

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Your usage patterns suggest automated abuse or spam
You exceed reasonable storage or usage limits
You fail to pay applicable subscription fees
We are required to do so by law

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately

If terminated for cause, you are not entitled to any refund
Provisions that should survive termination (liability, disputes) will remain in effect
