Who can use Pantry Persona?
Pantry Persona is free to use. To connect via ChatGPT, you'll need a Go, Plus, Pro, Business, or Enterprise account with Developer Mode access. Claude users can connect with a Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise account. Once we're approved in the ChatGPT App Directory, connecting will be even easier for everyone.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It's yours. You can export it to CSV anytime. We keep it safe in case you come back, or you can request a full deletion instantly.
Does my AI provider see my data?
Your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) processes chat messages to provide the service, but Pantry Persona stores your long-term history, brand preferences, and kitchen logic in our own private, secure cloud. Your data is portable — you can switch providers without losing anything.
