Step 1. Export from Paprika
Paprika exports every recipe into one file. Where the menu lives depends on the device you use.
- Windows and Mac
- File → Export → Paprika Recipe Format, then choose All Recipes.You get a single .paprikarecipes file wherever you save it.
- iPhone and iPad
- Settings → Export Recipes → Paprika Recipe Format.The file lands in Paprika's Documents folder, which you can open in the Files app.
- Android
- Settings → Export Recipes → Paprika Recipe Format.The file lands in your Downloads folder.
Tip: the All Recipes category is the one that exports everything. Picking a single category exports only that category.
Step 2. Sign in and drop the file
Open the Pantry Persona import page and drop in the .paprikarecipes file. If you are not signed in yet, you will be asked to sign in first and land back on the import page. A free account imports the whole library. Free and Pro accounts both hold up to 1,000 recipes.
Step 3. Ask your assistant
Connect Pantry Persona to ChatGPT or Claude, then put your new library to work. The first thing worth asking:

- Yes. Recipes that match one you already have by name or by source link are skipped, so a second import adds only what is new.
